- All displayed item prices do not include GST. GST will be added at checkout for Australian buyers only. A tax invoice which will be sent with purchase that will show the GST component if applicable.

- While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
- We are committed to work through any issues you may have.

- International customers are responsible for all delivery costs, insurance and any customs duties or taxes for imports into your country.
Methods of payment we accept:

Postage and Handling
- Our items are usually dispatched within 3 days after payment is made.
- Please email us with your payment details to ensure smooth transaction
- We ship with Australia Post eParcel service which can be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au/track
- Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 working days)
- We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the courier or Australia Post, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak hours.
- Items are covered with transit insurance at your request but recommended, all risk is the buyers and insurance claims with transport companies are the buyers responsibility.
- Pick-ups are possible with prior arrangement only.
- Dispatch of goods is arranged through courier services or Australia post.
- No weekend or after hours delivery available.
- Boyce Home is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. Contact us for details of transit insurance which will then be your responsibility.
- If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
- Items listed on ebay will carry the same terms and conditions as listed here as well as ebays terms.
Special Orders & layby orders
- If any not in stock item is ordered for a customer, a 50% deposit is required before the order is confirmed. On cancellation of any special order the deposit will not be returned unless the special order is able to on sold. Any costs incurred will be the responibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund that may be returned to the purchaser.
- Layby orders require a minimum purchase of $200, a 10% deposit and 6 week to 3 months terms. We are flexible with terms so please contact with your personal requirements.
Returns
- Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 10 day refund policy only if the item was substantially not as described or is completely dead on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund.
- Buyer must return the item within 10 days of purchase in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before purchase.
- No change of mind returns are accepted under any circumstances.
